The combination ticket combines a guided tour of the Berchtesgaden Salt Mine with a visit to the Kehlsteinhaus (Eagle’s Nest) at an altitude of 1,834m. This impressive trip up the Obersalzberg mountain brings you to one of Germany’s top 100 sights: the Kehlsteinhaus. It offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Berchtesgaden Alps, but is also one of the few buildings to survive from the Third Reich in this area. Thus, this combination, in conjunction with the guided tour of the Salt Mine, provides both contrast and variety.

Notes
- The onward journey from the Salt Mine to the bus terminal at Obersalzberg must be arranged by visitors (car park slip road for Kehlsteinhaus: Salzbergstraße 45/ 83471 Berchtesgaden).
- In the event of unforeseen weather events such as storms, buses may be cancelled / the bus to the Kehlsteinhaus may not run.
- The combination ticket is ONLY available at the two ticket offices (salt mine or departure point at Obersalzberg). Online this combination ticket is not offered.
