The combination ticket combines a guided tour of the Berchtesgaden Salt Mine with a cable car ride in the new Jennerbahn cable car up to 1,874 metres
After you have explored the world of salt 650 metres deep in the mountain in the Berchtesgaden salt mine, the Jennerbahn takes you from the valley station at Königssee up to the top. After a panoramic cable car ride in comfortable 10-seater cabins, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Berchtesgaden Alps and the fairytale Königssee.
Please note that this combined ticket can only be booked for groups of at least 20 people.
Programme proposal
Please allow 2.5 hours between the two destinations. If booked additionally: You can have lunch at the Bergschänke restaurant (directly at the salt mine) or at the Jenneralm restaurant on the Jenner.
The ascent and descent to the Jennerbahn cable car takes about 20 minutes each way. Allow about two hours for the cable car ride and a short walk to the viewing platform.

Please note that after Easter and All Saints' Day, maintenance work will be carried out on the Jennerbahn cable car and that the combined ticket cannot be booked during this period.

Notes for your planning
- The programme can also be done in reverse order.
- Tickets do not have to be redeemed on the same day (valid within 3 days)
- The onward journey by bus or private car from the salt mine to the Jennerbahn car park at Königssee must be organised by yourself (distance approx. 9 km).
